Terms of Service

Welcome to AstroDeep! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AstroDeep mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, purchasing Coins, tapping "I Agree," or using AstroDeep in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By using AstroDeep, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.
  • These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AstroDeep.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Member Eligibility

To use AstroDeep, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • Not use the Services in any jurisdiction where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Registration & Account Information

When creating an account with AstroDeep, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including correct birth details when requested.
  • Keep your account information updated.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.
  • Notify AstroDeep immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Description of Services

Our Services are designed to generate automated, informational astrological readings based on planetary positions.

Entertainment Purposes Only: The materials and readings provided by AstroDeep are intended solely for entertainment and informational purposes.

No Professional Advice: AstroDeep does not provide psychological, medical, financial, legal, or any other kind of professional advice. If you require assistance in these areas, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified professional.

Assumption of Risk: AstroDeep expressly disclaims any liability, loss, or risk incurred directly or indirectly from your use of the Services, including any decisions you make or actions you take (or refrain from taking) based on the readings you receive. You agree to assume full responsibility for any actions taken in reliance on our Services.

We continuously strive to improve AstroDeep. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, remove, or rename any part of our Services at our sole discretion, at any time.

5. Accuracy & Reliability

While AstroDeep strives for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the outputs will always be error-free or perfectly precise. Astrological interpretations are based on established principles, but individual expression and relevance may vary.

  • You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on the Services.
  • We do not guarantee that the Services will operate uninterrupted, securely, or free from errors.
  • We may remove inactive accounts or associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. License to Use the Platform

Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, AstroDeep grants you a limited, non-commercial, revocable, personal, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform.

  • You may not share your account access with anyone else.
  • Except for the rights explicitly granted in these Terms, you are not entitled to any other rights or interests in the Platform or Services.

7. Usage of Information

Information collected by the Platform may be used for any purpose permissible under applicable law, including but not limited to:

  1. Personalization & Improvement: To provide a customized browsing experience, analyze usage, improve content, and enhance marketing efforts (while maintaining user anonymity as per our Privacy Policy).
  2. Communication: To contact you via email, phone, or SMS regarding your account or the Services.
  3. Analytics & IP Tracking: To facilitate Platform usage and provide a personalized experience using IP details and cookies. Sensitive information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
  4. Data Retention: To comply with legal or statutory obligations, tax laws, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may only use the Platform for its intended purposes. Commercial use is strictly prohibited unless expressly endorsed by us.

As a user, you agree NOT to:

  1. Systematically scrape or retrieve data to create a database or directory without our written permission.
  2. Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users (e.g., attempting to steal login credentials).
  3. Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security-related features of the Platform.
  4. Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm AstroDeep or the Platform.
  5. Use information obtained from the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others.
  6. Misuse our support services or submit false reports of abuse.
  7. Use the Platform in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
  8. Advertise or offer to sell goods and services through the Platform.
  9. Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, spam, or any malicious material that interferes with the Platform's operation.
  10. Use automated scripts, data mining tools, robots, or similar extraction methods.
  11. Delete copyright or other proprietary rights notices from any content.
  12. Impersonate another user or use someone else's account.
  13. Sell or transfer your profile.
  14. Upload passive or active data collection mechanisms (e.g., spyware, web bugs, 1x1 pixels).
  15. Disrupt or place an undue burden on the Platform or connected networks.
  16. Bypass measures designed to restrict access to the Platform.
  17. Copy, adapt, decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the Platform’s software.
  18. Distribute unauthorized automated systems (e.g., spiders, scrapers) or collect user credentials for unsolicited communications.
  19. Use the Platform to compete with AstroDeep or for any revenue-generating endeavor.

10. Privacy Policy

We care about your data privacy and security. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Note on Data Transfer: The Platform is hosted in India. If you access the Services from regions with data collection laws differing from those in India, your continued use constitutes your consent to have your data transferred to and processed in India.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. AstroDeep expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

AstroDeep makes no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Any material downloaded or obtained through the Services is done at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your device or data loss resulting from such downloads. No advice or information obtained from AstroDeep shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

We assume no liability for:

  • Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content;
  • Personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to the Services;
  • Unauthorized access to our secure servers or personal information;
  • Interruption of transmission to or from the Services;
  • Bugs, viruses, or Trojan horses transmitted by third parties;
  • Errors or omissions in content, or any loss or damage incurred as a result of using content made available via the Services.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstroDeep shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages whatsoever (including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data) arising out of or caused by your use or inability to use the Services, even if AstroDeep has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall AstroDeep’s total liability to you for any damages exceed the fees paid by you to AstroDeep.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AstroDeep, its officers, directors, employees, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any losses, damages, fines, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of the Services in violation of another party's rights.
  • Your violation of any applicable law.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Any other claim related to your use of the Services, except where such use was explicitly authorized by AstroDeep.
